Facilities include a large free flow swimming pool on the 9th floor of North Tower Wing (Imperial Club Tower), a state of the art fitness centre featuring aerobics room, squash court and Mandara Spa on the same floor. The other large swimming pool is on the 4th floor of South Wing (Queen's Park Tower). The hotel is also very well known for conference arrangements with a great number of rooms for accommodation and 11 conference rooms.
Superior rooms are all similar, very large and furnished with wooden furnishings on grey marbled floors and feature bay windows. Bathrooms are very good and have whirlpool baths. Deluxe rooms are on the higher floor and only difference is the wooden parquet floor and jacuzzi bath tub. The newly renovated deluxe rooms have a lovely different decoration with dark rich wood furnishings.
The variety of restaurants is tremendous. There are 7 in all including Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese and European cuisine with everything from sushi to pasta. The hotel also has 2 bars at lobby level.
The hotel comprises of 2 modern white high rise 37 storey towers that are set back from the road in steps.
The enormous entrance hall gives a taste of the fact that everything in the hotel operates on a very grand scale. The furnishings in the public areas are very tasteful, blending the modern and traditional.
