Built on a two-acre landlocked site on Wellington Island in Cochin, this 200 room hotel has been designed as an inward looking complex with all the guest rooms arranged around a central garden court. Because of its proximity to the Naval Airport, a height restriction permitted the construction of a ground plus 2 floors only building.
