Another feature of the hotel is its splendid roof top swimming pool, designed in the style of ancient Roman baths. There is a sliding roof that opens onto the summer sky in fine weather.
The medium sized rooms are all individually decorated, they are luxurious and in exceptional condition with an air of traditional warmth. The bathrooms are also in very good condition and all vary slightly. Many of the rooms have beautiful views over Hyde Park.
The hotel has two restaurants, both managed by the famous celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay. Petrus is for more formal dining while the Boxwood cafe is more rlaxed and casual. Both offer exceptional quality dining experiences.
